HowzitLive is built and operated by B&W Productions, a Gauteng production company with 33 years in events. The same crew that plans and produces corporate events is the team matching you with briefs.

Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free and there are no lead fees — you don't pay to receive briefs.
Who sets my prices?
You do. Tell us how you charge — per head, flat fee or per hour, plus any minimums — and quote at your own rates.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts go out the Friday after each event you deliver. Have a bank confirmation letter ready so we can set you up.
When will I start getting bookings?
The marketplace opens to corporate clients in January 2027. Applying now means your listing is reviewed and ready for launch.
What areas do you cover?
Gauteng — mainly Johannesburg and Pretoria, including the Sandton, Bryanston and Centurion business belt. Tell us your base town and how far you travel.
What documents do I need?
None are required to apply. It helps to have a bank confirmation letter, CIPC registration, public liability insurance and a B-BBEE certificate or affidavit — plus anything specific to your category.
Can I list in more than one category?
Yes. Tick everything you provide on the application form.
I'm a DJ, band or MC — where do I sign up?
