An outdoor year-end celebration for 800 staff featuring luxury infrastructure, premium bars and immersive entertainment.
GoldFields wanted to thank their team with the best year-end function in the company's history. We delivered.
A 30 m × 20 m clearspan marquee with luxury lining set the scene. Inside: banquet seating for 800, a 6m Premium Bar, The Tap Truck for craft beer lovers, and a dedicated Slush Bar.
Entertainment included The Pit (which became the night's hero moment), The Bubble Wall and The Photo Wall for branded photo opportunities. Full Sound + DJ services kept the dancefloor packed until midnight.
The safety team managed all compliance including fire, electrical and crowd management.
