Find the venue, then book the crew
Howzit. Every corporate event starts with one question: where? Get the venue wrong and the DJ can't load in, the mobile bar isn't allowed through the gate, and the AV crew finds out about the in-house supplier on the day. So we built this matchmaker for both sides of the marketplace:
- Planners: pop in your headcount, format, area and budget, get a ranked shortlist, then book your vendors on HowzitLive.
- Vendors: check a venue's catering and supplier rules before you quote, so your price holds up.
The score is out of 100: capacity 35, area 20, budget 15, vibe 15, must-haves 15. Capacity is a hard gate. If a venue is just a little short (up to 15%), it shows up as a near miss, not a match. Nothing is guessed: unknown figures say "confirm with venue". Where sources disagree, we use the lower figure.

Sandton Convention Centre's Pavilion (4,500 cocktail), Constitution Hill's Constitution Square (3,000 outdoors), Riversands Farm Village (up to 5,000), Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit (up to 10,000) and Misty Hills (up to 4,932 guests). Standing capacities are often not published per layout, so the tool flags them “confirm”.
